Our Story - A Family Business

Founded in 2017, Scentworks Solutions was created by David Thompson. With over 40 years of experience in the food industry, David brought a wealth of knowledge to the business. He handled everything from sales and product design to production, installation and customer service - a one man band!

Due to brilliant growth within the business, David’s Daughter - Hollie joined Scentworks in 2024 as Business Development Manager, taking over sales and driving business growth. Hollie brings a fresh perspective to the business having worked within the fitness industry for 13 years.

The next generation has followed with David’s Grandson - Jordan, joining as Tech Engineer. He now oversees all installations and replenishments, allowing David to focus on product design and production.

Our mission; to expand Scentworks by providing high quality fragrance systems, reed diffusers, candles & room sprays to an array of businesses, UK wide.

Whilst we continue to grow Scentworks, our sister company;

Eleanor Mae Home Fragrance

will continue to grow for the consumer.

Eleanor Mae is David’s Granddaughter and Hollie’s Daughter.
